This patient is a 45 year-old gentleman who was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 1983 which resulted in a spinal cord injury leaving him paraplegic.  Since 1986, he has experienced decreased range of motion in both hips.  The following studies show the progressive nature of this disorder.
