Image #1: There is a continuous lead pipe appearance of the colon from the sigmoid to the proximal transverse colon. There is an absence of haustrations and the involvement is concentric. Image #2: There are multiple filiform polyps within the splenic flexure of the colon. Image #3: There is a marked dilatation of the colon with thickening and nodularity of the haustral pattern. |
